5 weeks 2 days light bleeding

I have this when I wipe. It happened as soon as I found out I was pregnant (a week ago) once then stopped. Now this morning I saw it when I wiped, it went away and it’s back a few hours later. Does this look concerning? I had this with my last pregnancy except bleeding was darker and worse and at my 8 week appt baby was fine with strong heartbeat.
