This pregnancy has been stressed out

Can anyone advise me? I'm 10 weeks..since last Tuesday I have been having brown discharge (old blood) when I wipe...today it's still mostly brown but sometimes is like the picture. My last miscarriage started off bright red blood ...but this has a lot of watery discharge in it as well 🤷🏻‍♀️, I was in hospital last week for scan so everything was as it shud be...I'm just wondering now...had it all gone pear shaped
