“Period” But Pregnant ??

Ok so - this is a MESS. I had my last actual period Dec 31st 2024 (the first day) and I usually ovulate based on my other pregnancies at the end of the month. I unfortunately did not log anything at the end of the month as I usually do because I don’t typically get pregnant that fast… Anyways, I have irregular cycles too. That being said, I took a test Feb 4th, thought I saw a faint line - but the next day started what I thought was my period. Felt like a period. Idk, lasted a few days, that was it. It was heavy bleeding (normal amount not like pouring out of me) was just like a normal period. Fast forward to Friday the 21st I take a test on a whim (we just got over Flu B & Norovirus back to back) and sure enough, it’s POSITIVE. Like BLAZING positive. Saturday morning I took 9 more (had to wait for the store to open) and all positive. I’m genuinely so confused. I went to the ER today after taking 3 more tests (testing for line progression) and my bloodwork comes back that I’m only at 582 HCG. Which would put me around 5 weeks. That kind of makes sense in the way that I conceived at the end of January. But why did I have another “period” ?? I have an ultrasound (transvaginal) tomorrow morning, and I’m so scared bc he said it’s not really going to show much, but the point is to see how far I am and if it’s a viable pregnancy. The rest of my bloodwork came back fine. I’m not cramping or bleeding. Just those few days at the beginning of the month. I am just SO confused. 😵‍💫 Anyone else have this happen?? I’ve never had an ultrasound this early either!
