uti from head/oral??

Idk if this has happened to anyone but for some reason after this one partner in particular I received head from him and I feel like my ph is off or something. It’s no weird smell, no itching, or anything but I just feel like I have this feeling on my bladder where I constantly have to pee but it’s not bad. Like I’ve had a uti before and it’s not to the same degree but just slightly. What could this be? I do plan to get tested next week btw

No symptoms other than quiet urge to pee, no burning sensation, no inflammation/irritation, no cloudy urine, no smelly urine
