Pregnancy Gestation Guesses?

Before I get nasty comments.. yes I’ve had my blood work done and AM pregnant and yes I have an OB but am waiting for my appointment with her so I thought I’d ask here if anyone had any guesses! because I am so confused.

Last cycle started Jan 3, the ovulation is not correct, the app does that itself. I wasn’t tracking anything but my period. My spouse came home from out of town Feb 8 and we started having unprotected sex then. I assume my Gestation is about 3 weeks then? I missed my period completely in Feb, while my spouse was already away (late Jan early Feb). We did not have unprotected sex before Feb 8th, at all. I got my first faint positive Feb 24th.

Logically, I understand I’d be about 3 weeks since “conception” right now but it seems soo early to get a faint positive on a strip test? Not complaining! Just trying to do the math before my appointment.. will update in a few weeks when I know for sure with ultrasound!
