What is this? My periods late

Hi,
I spotted for 2 days 8 days ago and then nothing after the 2 days. Very light. 
I’m around 15 days late but not tested due to my periods not being overly regular. 
What is this? Anyone know?

You don’t get implantation AFTER a missed period.
