8 weeks + 4 days - heavy bleeding

We got to see our baby yesterday at our clinic. We were so overjoyed but on the way home I started cramping really badly which continued all day until the evening. At about 6 pm I went to urinate and I passed 2 large clots along with a gush of red blood. I immediately went to the hospital where they said baby heartbeat is there, there are no SCH or clots present in my uterus and they have no idea why or where the bleed is coming from. Still currently bleeding however it’s now extremely black in color. They gave me shots of progesterone and I’m taking oral progesterone 3 times a day and bed rest for a month. Please tell me if you’ve experienced this before 😞
