Blood in discharge after sex

I had sex with my bf 2 days ago. My period ended last Sunday. Yesterday I noticed very very light, spotting like brown / old blood. Today I just went pee and when I wiped there was a tiny bit of bright red blood. Not a lot but enough to see. Should I be concerned?

I am on the pill for reference
