Spotting, missed period, negative pregnancy test

So for context my period has always been super regular. Until about 6 months ago, and my period was late by 2 weeks. I've had my Paraguard IUD out since December. So I went in a business trip from January 30 to February 4th, and February 4th was the day I was supposed to ovulate. We pulled out the 4th and 5th but I forgot to take ovulation tests those days. So about 5 days before my period, I had 3 days of heavy spotting. Then I never had my period. I was supposed to have my period the 18th-22, so almost 2 weeks ago. Looking at my ovulation tests, what would you think? We weren't trying to get pregnant but will be now. I've taken multiple pregnancy tests, including a clearblue early detect (had the gold label) yesterday, and still negative.
