Have I made any progress? Tips please!

I started going to the gym in September 2024. I’ve tried to be consistent but life gets in the way. I try to go 2-3x/week. With a couple missed weeks due to holidays, no childcare, ect. My bf says he notices a difference, but I don’t trust his opinion bc he’s gonna say something nice anyways whether there really is a difference or not lol. I’m posting progress pics. Sometimes I feel like I see a difference, but other times I feel like nothing has changed. Please let me know if you see any slight difference or know of a workout schedule or routine or any tips please! Mainly focusing on glutes and lower belly pooch. Thx!
