intutiton or just weird dreams?

okay, please tell me i'm not the only freaking one. i keep having this dream that my iud fell out and i didn't realize it, and i got pregnant with either twin boys or just one boy. the dream is not vivid it's very clear. it's the same dream almost every night. the only difference is that sometimes it's twin boys and sometimes it's just one. it's freaking me out. i have an iud right now (Liletta) and me continuously having this dream is scaring me honestly! has anyone else had dreams like this and then it actually happened? can an iud even fall out without me realizing? wouldn't i feel it expelling?
