Issues with spotting - Advice appreciated

I have been having issues with spotting outside of my period for 6 months now. Every cycle I have regular spotting for 3 days after my period (pink blood so its not leftover period blood) , then I have spotting again in the middle of my cycle, then I also spot some of the times after sex and also spotting at the 3 to 6 days before my period mark.So it is at 3 different points in my cycle + after sex sometimes. I have never had spotting outside of my period before other than the last day of period being spotting, but that has always been brown blood before.

What could be causing this? I have also had other issues with my periods lately (some cycles are too short and some are too long) and generally feel like something is off with me hormonally. I am not on birth control so its not caused by that.
