Been on BC pill for 7 years, period is late!

I’ve been on the birth control pill for 7 years now. I always get my period on either Monday or most of the time, Tuesdays. I have 23 active pills, 4 days on placebo. So I would get my periods on either day 2 or day 3 on placebo. I am on Day 4 now, and I’m about to start taking my new pack of pills in about 22 hours. I do not recall missing any pills in my pack, but I was sexually active and he finished in me a few times, sometimes with condoms on. Has this happened to anyone? Also I have been stressed lately and started working out (idk if that does anything).

I did also get a shooting pain in my butt earlier, it does that before my period comes but it’s never been this late.

I’ve never had this happened before being on the pill for this long. I always get it every month. What do u think? I ain’t ready for kids lmao, reason why I’m on the pill.
