48 Desperately TTC

Hi all. I’ve been in my relationship for almost 3 years and we really want this baby. We lost one at the beginning of last year. We have been trying our whole relationship. I really want to give him this baby and I feel like I’m less than a woman if I can’t. Any advice? I’ve been doing the opk and today (or tomorrow) is the day. I pray we conceived this cycle.
