Please help with advice!!!!

Sorry long.post,,, so been ttc for.4 and.half years, (with no.luck) until.now so had last AF 12/2 which only.lasted 3 days of.medium to heavy flow which is.unsual.as.i.normally have 3 days of.med/heavy flow then 2 days of spotting,,, then no.ovulation then on the 7/3 i had ewcm then 10/3 i had spotting only.when.i wiped twice AF was due 11/3 which makes me 4/5 days late i have been test but all.negative i have had.chronic fatigue.and.nausea since.10/3 sore.boobs.Any advice.would be great.please
