Wavy hair after shower

Question

For as long I can remember my hair was straight.Last couple of months after shower I notice slight pattern of wavy hair.Nothing crazy but it’s there.
What are drug store products you would recommend to style.
*I have some type of alopecia and I’m on meds and doc told me changing pattern could be due to new hair growth and also I’m mom* if that matters

Uncle funkys daughters curl cream is good! I don't know if you're on Facebook or not, but there's a group called Meridas Curly Girls and they can potentially help you figure out what type of curls you have which will make care easier and really bring out your curls. Knowing how you're hair strands respond to water will help you so much more than any recommendations, from what I've learned. What works for some curls will kill others. With that being said here is one of my favorites that usually work with a lot of curls.
My favorite hair gel is flaxseed hair gel. It's easy to make and really nurishes the hair plus there's videos on YouTube for how to make it!! My hair also loves rice water, but it's not for all hair and it can really mess up your curls and make them flat if they don't need it. I love how your hair starting to curl up and wave!!!
