Condom Came off inside.

So I got my new implant a little over a week ago. They told me to wait two weeks to have sex unprotected (this is my third one so it's the first time they told me 2 weeks) and we were using a condom but it came off inside me. He hadn't come yet but we stopped just in case. My previous implant was only expired by like 2 days and we've been using condoms since. Think the implant was good since it's been about a week and a half? I've never had to wait 2 weeks before when I got them removed but it was expired by 2 days (not long enough to matter) and I was at the end of my period when it was replaced.
