Conflicted about iud

Hi guys, I've been on the Liletta iud for two years now. Before the iud i always had heavy painful periods so i liked that this iud has decreased my periods and bad cramps. But I've gained weight, i have mood swings and my libido is trash. I was thinking of changing to the copper iud because its hormone free but the downside is heavy painful periods and my iud insertion was painful. Im scared that i might regret taking the liletta out. But then if the copper will make me feel normal then i would like to try it. I also heard Kyleena is good and has less hormones than liletta. What is everyone's experience with these iuds?
