What Am I Experiencing

Has anyone had a super hot flash go through their body a day before your ovulation week was to start and then the next morning get up and be severely constipated (I was finally able to go after wiggling around on the toilet, ugh). I had no period in February and finally got one in March on the 5th.

My body is surely out of whack and I know hormones, but something just feels different. I know everyone’s experience isn’t the same, but my twin sister missed a period one month and the following month had what she thought was a period and then the month after that no period to find out she was pregnant - unfortunately it ended in a miscarriage early on.
