Is my Mirena Broken

Hello IUD friends !

I have had insane periods for as long as I remember the last 18 months it’s been an absolute nightmare - to the point of collapse and ending up lights and sirens to ED , I was an inpatient for 6 days to control bleeding and get my HB level that was at 38 in resus ( I know I basically 😵) back to a somewhat of a decent range ( currently 110 ) all the primulot in me and I was under control - the hospital scheduled me for a minor procedure to do some biopsies and an IUD insert while waiting on a public list for a hysterectomy ( I just turned 40 ) and have dropped the primulot ( had been high dose for 3 months before the IUD insert ) slowly weaning me off it because the synthetic hormones make me want to yeet myself off a bridge or stab my poor husband if he breathes in the wrong way and I can hear it lol 😑🥴

Pics for reference but I think it’s made me go backwards anyone else bled this much in the 1st 2 months of having the iud ? When doesn’t stop I’m worried my HBs dropping again I’m exhausted & I’m sick of haemorrhaging ! Any advise would be amazing
