Need an opinion ! Help!

In my culture hymen is very important for marriage, although i never had sex but had multiple incidents where i got hurt in my lady’s part and bled and am afraid that i don’t have it anymore… gynecologist in my country say that they can’t check it they are not allowed to say to give a statement about it… si how can i know? I tried seeing it myself but am not sure as i’ve never seen down there before…
