Confused…
My periods are usually pretty heavy on very rare occasion do I ever have light periods. I have recently been stressed a lot and have had a worsening diet… however this period is still a light flow and hasn’t rly gotten much heavier. I’m concerned on if this is actually my period or if it could be implantation bleeding. Thinking it’s too soon to test but would like to know some ways to better differentiate between the two. Thank you!
