Flu A—Early Pregnancy

did anyone have Flu A in early pregnancy?

I tested positive for it the 17th had my implantation bleeding that night (i know that’s all it was because it was super pink and was only there the one time i wiped and never seen it since) my only question is I’ve been having abdominal aches-pains mind you i have coughed probably 1000 times in 2 days! & it’s a very dry, deep cough. but also I’m at my 4ish week mark so i know it could be a mix of the implantation—where I’ve coughed so much—and my body aches. mind you, i haven’t had any issues, aches, cramps nothing before having the flu, just looking for some reassuring words.
