Anyone have a Chorionic Bump on first trimester ultrasound?

Looking for anyone who can share their experience with a chorionic bump. I’m trying not to stress but there isn’t a lot of information available. I’m currently 14 weeks. The bump was found on my 8 week, 10 week, and 13 week ultrasound and my doctor didn’t tell me about it. It wasn’t until I accessed my records that I found out. I also have a sub chronic hematoma (small) appearing on all three scans. I’ve had 3 losses and I’m very nervous at this point.
