14 and wants a tattoo at 15

So I know times are changing.... My daughter is 14 and and wants a small tattoo on her wrist like a mini shark for her 15th birthday. Her father and I are very religious... We explained to her that is something you can never take back. You can not decide you do not want it anymore and wash it off... Also that's harm to the temple God blessed you with. We told her we have a while until her birthday and we would sleep on it but not to be upset if we say no. She usually is very understanding and an absolutely great well behaved teen. She is also very honest and if we where to say no she wouldn't do it behind our backs. We are wondering how many other parents have allowed their teens a mini tat as a teen?
