Ex won’t leave me alone

I have an ex that I broke up with in July of 2024, he still calls me from no called id till this day and is always trying to contact me through different numbers even tho I have him blocked in everything. Today he sent me a text saying that I was the one that broke up with him and that he can’t forget about me and I need to tell him what I actually feel and I need to get him out of this situation that he’s in bc I was the one that dumped him. I made it very clear to him multiple times that I didn’t want to be with him anymore and that I was done being controlled by him. I get no called id calls every single day and I’m tired of it. Idk what to do, it’s been 8 months and he still won’t stop acting like the victim. Someone pls tell me what to do or give me some advice.
