BFN late af please read

As the title says, this is happening. One app says 4 days late other says 5.. cycles have been super consistent. TMI, but my breasts have been almost unbearable each morning. Waking up in the middle of the night to pee. About 6-7 days ago, for a couple of days I thought my period was starting because of the cramps I had in my uterus.. and it was basically time for my period. I’ve had some cramping since then, but not really.. not stomach cramps but uterus cramps like a period.

When I got pregnant with my daughter 6 years ago I felt like I was on my period and ended up being pregnant but idk how long it took or how late I was. It’s been so long.

Has anybody else experienced this and still ended up with a bfp? How many days late were you? I don’t know when I ovulated. I don’t test for it, I just follow my body as I usually have cramping from one or both ovaries around the time ovulations supposed to happen.
