Rash on 3.5 year olds torso spread to arms and legs

I noticed a sandpaper like rash on my daughter 3 days ago, today I have noticed it has gotten worse on her torso and spread to upper arms and legs

She doesn’t have any other symptoms and the rash doesn’t seem to be bothering her.

Does anyone know what this could be? With it being the weekend GP surgeries are shut and I’m unsure whether she needs a&e? As she seems fine otherwise
