6w4days no fetal pole detected

Hi, I’m in the UK, according to the first day of my last period I’m 6 weeks and 4 days. I went for an early viability scan yesterday, they located the sack, and the yolk sac but stated there was no fetal pole detected on the day. He said my dates could be off and I’m earlier on, he’s booked me in for a re scan in a weeks time. I’m trying to stay positive but I had a miscarriage a year ago and I don’t know what to make of it all. Anyone had a similar experience?
