Teething?! Help please!

Teething newborn!?

Please help!!!

No idea if my little one may be teething! She is showing signs of it but will not let me look in her mouth long enough to be able to say! I was able to get this quick glimpse photo . No idea if you can see it but to the right towards the back! Is that what teething looks like?

She has been experiencing the following

Constantly fussy and crying! She wants me holding her and snuggling her 24/7 this last week!

Will fall asleep then wake up within a few minutes even if she was in a deep sleep

When she does sleep she can go for up to 5 hours ( not usual for her with how young she is still )

Yesterday she Slept almost all day!

Constantly moving her gums around ( no idea how to better explain this )

MUST have something in her mouth! Even if she eats and is full! She has even been sucking/ chewing on her hand!

When she’s crying she has pain cries but no idea what the pain is from

Constantly pulling at her ear recently even when her Dr just said last week that she is perfectly healthy and has no ear issues or anything!

I would have asked her pediatrician but am just now piecing together it could possibly be teething.
