Spotting: period, ovulation or implantation?

Today I had a wipe of bright red blood and after that only pink or slightly light brown.

Could this be start of another period, ovulation or implantation?

To explain why I expect all of these to be possible: I'm still breastfeeding on demand my 1y3mo, so periods have been irregular. (2 light ones in the first few months, another light one at 10 months and finally a "normal" one like the ones I was used to 16th to 22nd of March last month.)

My period just ended Sunday 22nd of March, but since they've been so irregular and I'm still bf, I expect it to be possible. If I can go without periods for mooonths, what's to stop them from coming twice in a few weeks?

Ovulation would make a lot of sense seeing as this day would be about the day I would ovulate, BUT I've never ever had ovulation bleedings like this. At most I've had a little brown discharge, most months I didn't experience any spotting at all. But hey, periods are wonky, so it could be!

Implantation bleed would be possible if I ovulated right the day after my period ended, which is also the day me and my husband had unprotected sex and that's how thw cycle went with baby no. 1

So I'm at a loss! What do yall think?
