Sore boobs on IUD

Hey ladies! I got the Liletta IUD about 2 months (this is the second time I’ve gotten an IUD). Sore boobs are a common PMS symptom of mine but it usually goes away when my period starts. A little bit after my period started in March, they went right back to being sore and haven’t stopped hurting since then. My period starts in about a week and they just feel extra heavy and my nipples hurt. Has anyone had this experience with the IUD? And if so do you have tips for reducing pain?
