No wearable pumps are advised by IBCLCs. They aren’t hospital grade and don’t have the suction has one therefore can easily decrease supply.

I'm going to try this one this time. It says it has hospital grade suction, advertising 300 mmHg. (My Medela pump has 280 mmHg.) It's expensive, but I was able to get it for 1/3rd of the cost through my insurance with a prescription.

I have s12 and it gets the same amount of milk I get from my spectra.. if it wasn’t for wearable I wouldn’t be able to pump with my almost 2 year old being clingy and a newborn.. so if that’s what u need get it don’t think you need hospital grade to get the job done.
