Anyone else have first trimester bleeding?

So I’m exactly 5 weeks today. I got home after dropping off my step daughter and realized I had blood in my underwear, I  haven’t any more significant bleeding. Not even when I wipe. I’m cramping slightly. But nothing to noticeable. 
Has anyone had any bleeding and still had a healthy pregnancy?

I bleed around week 6 of my first pregnancy. He is 4 now.

First trimester bleeding can be totally normal. Personally, every time I've had bleeding in the first trimester, cramping or no cramping, it's been a loss. Many women on here report having bled in the first trimester and have hone on to have healthy pregnancies. However, It's always a good idea to get checked out for any bleeding to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.
