Implantation bleeding or something else??

Posting here because I have no personal experience with it, I didn’t have implantation bleeding with my only child, but did have normal period symptoms prior to finding out with her. I didn’t miss a period with her before finding out though, I just had a feeling, 3 days before Aunt Flo was due.

Flash forward, over 5 years later, my period is due Wednesday, and I have NEVER experienced this in my life, and have been regular without fail, for 10 years now, other than pregnancy with my daughter.

This was my pad after a few hours, I noticed a slight pinkish coloration to my discharge after the gym today (I wore a panty liner just in case I started) and put a fuller pad on thinking it might be my period coming.

Was physically intimate 13 days ago tomorrow, which was during high ovulation, but two days before my peak.

Now this? Can anyone offer suggestions? TIA
