Help me understand why temp is going up and down
Why does my temp go up and down like this? I’m 42, going on 43, could it be perimenopause spooking? Or something up with my thyroid, like Hashimotos? Any links or advice where and how I can learn about bbt-charting and what’s going on inside the body?
