So does this mean ovulation is near or has passed I’m so confused

Opk cant tell you if you ovulate but they read your surge which technicalky is before ovulation occurs. People can still have a surge but not ovulate. If the test line is as dark or darker then control line.then.surge has occured xx

I would read the instructions or the visual sample that might be printed out on the packaging. This only means you aren’t experiencing a surge in LH at the time of testing. These detect LH and that hormone is always present, so there will almost always be a faint test line. You want the test line to be identical to, or darker than, the control line. Once you have that, you’ll most likely ovulate within 24 hours. It’s best to start testing twice a day, no later than CD10,until you get your positive!
