Subchorionic Hematoma at 6w+1d

I’m freaking scared. Went in to get seen for something entirely different but they did a check on the baby. Found out I have a small subchorionic hematoma.

Babies heartbeat is 123 bpm, and my quant is measuring at 32,903.

But last year when we were pregnant with our first baby, the day before we lost them I found out I had a subchorionic hematoma and then the next day we miscarried.

Anybody go through this and the pregnancy stayed viable and good? I am in need of reassurance because I want this little nugget to stick so bad and not leave again.
