Wear is my period freaking out

So period in march was weird on and off bleeding threw the 5 days day 6.7 had brown discharge wen wiping finally finished then about 2 weeks later randomly had some pink spotting for 3 days again was well out the ordinary for me I had stomach infection called h pylori supposed to be due my period by now and it’s no wear to be seen pregnancy is out of the equation p had the snip a whole year ago wat could be cursing my period to be late dr just told me the random spotting could bin due to my body being run down and stressed cycles are anything from 28.35 at max but previous cycles bin coming from 28.33 help?? So stressed put dunno what’s going on with my body 🫤
