Iud removed now what?!

I need words of encouragement. I had my iud removed Feb 17th I bled from the 17th for 5 days. I didn’t consider that period. I then got a period on 20th-24th it was very heavy but I figured because I had my IUD since 2019. My apps say I ovulated on April 1st. I was testing my ovulation with the dip sticks and it high but I still didn’t conceive we had sex days leading up to ovulation and ovulation day and after. I’m really confused this would be my second child my son is now 8 and it was so easy to conceive with him, now I’m worried the IUD did something to my body and I’m not ovulating. Please give me your stories for encouragement and so I don’t feel alone.
