Is 6dpo too early?

I'm 6dpo, I've had nausea, cramping, headache, very light spotting, sore and swollen nipples, and my cervix has stayed high and soft, am I pregnant or is this just PMS?

You could definitely be pregnant but I suggest waiting a few more days before testing 6dpo is very early.

Pregnancy symptoms would start after implantation has taken place since that's when HCG starts to enter your system. The earliest implantation can happen is 6dpo and you'd need 2 to 3 days for HCG to build up enough for a test and for symptoms. If you are truly 6dpo then your symptoms are most likely due to progesterone/pms.

Ps the spotting only started today and also today I started getting a metallic taste on my tounge....  So idk maybe I'm crazy but it seems odd
