Deli meat?

I know I can’t have deli meat I’m 14 weeks pregnant however is it safe if I heated it up? I’m craving it sooooo bad

I never stopped eating deli meat. Cold. The concern is listeria. I’ve actually never known someone who got listeria from lunch meat. I do know people who got it from produce though. If you’re that worried about lunch meat, definitely skip all fruits and veggies too. LoL eat the sandwich. You’ll be fine.

You can have deli meat cold or heated from any reputable deli/restaurant. I’d just avoid gas station sandwiches

Yes! I just did this the other day and it actually wasn’t too bad. I thought hot deli meat would be gross haha but pretty good!

You can eat it cold or hot. Just get it from a reliable source. 
The risk is listeria and not common. The risk is much higher in precut fruit and packaged salads at the grocery store. You aren’t told to avoid those or ice cream. 
I could only stomach lunch meat during my pregnancies. I survived on it. Turkey, pickles, and ranch lol
Eat the deli meat.
