Bleeding months after anal sex

We tried anal sex ONCE. MONTHS AGO. It was nice and I liked it but I bled so bad that it really scared me and went to the ER twice for it. They just said I… just tore it up basically and to leave it alone and it will heal. Yes I had a physical exam, and showed them pictures of how much I was bleeding. They said I had fissures.

It was really so much blood I thought I had been blown off the first time I went and I was really freaking out so I saw a different doctor who said the same thing.

It has been months, and I am still bleeding off and on. I recently started bleeding so bad that I thought it was my period. I don’t even have to go #2.

If I just go pee there’s blood in the toilet like a legit period and it’s stressing me out so bad. It was so embarrassing and to go to the doctor for this, much less TWICE. I don’t know what to think??? Is this normal? I’ve never heard anyone talk about it.
