9dpo cramps ?

I had cramping from like 9-10 dpo off and on: the only way I can explain them is pulling, almost like ovulation cramps.I’m 12 dpo today but they’ve completely stopped at 11 dpo. The only other symptom I have is sore full breasts. Sore breasts can be anything but I don’t ever cramp before my period just after I start bleeding.

Did anyone have cramping 9-10 dpo and end up being pregnant? If so when did you test positive?
