Period started but stopped- anyone else experience this?

I (35) have always had a consistent period since I was a teen. Never had a skip. I recently had a chemical pregnancy in January. I have had four cycles since then- at least I thought I was starting my fourth one yesterday. It’s been over 24 hours and the bleeding, which was spotting, has stopped.

I am actively ttc, but my pt are negative. I do not track ovulation because I know that I ovulate, and that’s all I care to know. So I’m unsure if perhaps I ovulated later than normal?

My early miscarriage didn’t cause any weird effects to my periods after it. I have had normal periods ever since my miscarriage.

This has never happened to me, so I’m confused as to what’s going on. Anyone else experience this and what was it?
