Need some advice on period products

Every month I struggle with break outs from my pads, tampons are extremely uncomfortable to the point I don’t want to sit down, menstrual cups are so uncomfortable I don’t want to sit or walk or anything, it’s gotten to the point where I tried diapers one month and still broke out like with the pads.. so my question is how do I go about finding something that works for me? Like is there other options other products possibly that I don’t know about or am I just damned to deal with the break outs and rashes from the pads until the end of my period???
