“Natural flavors” is a blanket term that can have tons of ingredients not listed. 
Acesulfame potassium (Ace-K) is a synthetic, calorie-free artificial sweetener, often marketed as Sunett or Sweet One. It's about 200 times sweeter than table sugar. Some studies show it has negative effects on your gut microbiome, which can lead to gut inflammation. Some studies also show increased risk of cancer. 
Carrageenan, a red seaweed extract, has been linked to potential health issues, particularly gastrointestinal problems and a possible link to cancer. While not a direct cause of colon cancer, some animal studies suggest it may promote inflammation and increase the risk of colon cancer.
