“Natural flavors” is a blanket term that can have tons of ingredients not listed. 
Acesulfame potassium (Ace-K) is a synthetic, calorie-free artificial sweetener, often marketed as Sunett or Sweet One. It's about 200 times sweeter than table sugar. Some studies show it has negative effects on your gut microbiome, which can lead to gut inflammation. Some studies also show increased risk of cancer. 
Carrageenan, a red seaweed extract, has been linked to potential health issues, particularly gastrointestinal problems and a possible link to cancer. While not a direct cause of colon cancer, some animal studies suggest it may promote inflammation and increase the risk of colon cancer. Additionally, carrageenan may cause digestive issues like bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, and potentially even contribute to inflammatory bowel disease.
Maltodextrin has a high glycemic index, meaning it can cause rapid increases in blood sugar levels, which may lead to fatigue, insulin resistance, and weight gain. It’s made from common starches such as corn, rice, and wheat which are often sprayed with Glyphosate prior to use. Maltodextrin can also lead to hormone imbalances in women when consumed on a regular basis. 
Cellulose gum & cellulose gel, are common food additives and thickening agents. They are generally considered safe, but potential side effects include reduced nutrient absorption, digestive issues, and, in rare cases, allergic reactions. Long-term consumption, particularly in high doses, has been linked to changes in gut bacteria and potential inflammation in some studies, though more research is needed to fully understand these effects in humans.
Stevia leaf extract is generally considered safe, but potential side effects may include nausea, bloating, dizziness, and numbness. It can also interact with certain medications, such as those for diabetes or blood pressure, potentially affecting blood sugar or blood pressure levels. Additionally, there are some concerns about its effects on gut health and potential hormone disruption, although more research is needed in these areas.
Sucralose is another added synthetic sugar compound which can lead to microbiome disruption, weight gain, gut inflammation, and bloating or diarrhea.
