please help

i’m very confused. my boobs have been very heavy a few weeks i’ve done nothing but sleep and eat pretty much. my period was supposed to start yesterday. and all i did yesterday was spot very light bleeding and pink, didn’t even use the whole pad. which is not normal for my periods they usually just come. earlier today it was the same until a few hours ago and it turned bright red. cramps are mild and lower back pain. i’m not sure if i’m

pregnant or this is just a period. 😕
