Has anyone ever experienced this early 1st trimester?

Im estimated at about 5-6 weeks. I went to the E.R in pain 2 days ago and they found an ovarian cyst 3.4cm. By transvaginal ultrasound. The next day I was cramping and noticed light pink when I would wipe, today its now pinkish red with red spots, with cramping.

Ive had miscarriages in the past, and now im wondering if this is the same again. Thank you in advance

Did they see a gestational sac or anything? It could be bleeding from a ruptured cyst, follow up with your OB! I’m praying it’s bleeding just from cyst ❤️
